The Community of Deep Creek
|
Deep Creek is located in Port Charlotte and
provides one of the area’s best new-home values. Large homesites, flexible
designs and plenty of available options make a new home here perfect for a
growing family or first-time homebuyer. Deep Creek is close to schools,
shopping centers, golf courses, and recreation areas and provides easy access to
I-75. Pristine Gulf Coast beaches and the picture-perfect sunsets along the
banks of the Peace River are just minutes from this community. |

One of the many Beautiful Lakes in Deep Creek
|
|
Deep Creek is a deed-restricted community. This is a newer community and many of the homes are less than 10
years old. The community has a beautiful golf course and many of the homes have
magnificent fairway views. Deep Creek was laid out so that all lots border open
space called Green Belts which are maintained in pristine condition by the Home
Owners Association. There are also many freshwater lakes throughout the
community. The Deed-Restrictions are administered by a HOA that is responsible
for and maintains the high esthetic standards of the community |

Beaches
Allow us to introduce you to Charlotte County, Florida, home to some of the state's
least-crowded and breathtaking beaches. We've got one harbor beach and one Gulf
beach in the county, each having their own individual beauty. At one
beach, you can watch shrimp boats go by or wave to sailboats
drifting in the gentle breeze. At another, you can watch dolphins playing
in the distance. Whichever beach you choose, it's sure to be a relaxing
and fascinating event.
Port Charlotte Beach
Complex is a public beach at the northeast end of Harbor Boulevard in Port Charlotte. The
beach complex offers a banquet hall, fishing pier, tennis, volleyball,
playground area and basketball courts, bocci, boardwalk, horseshoe pits, a
pool, a snack bar, boat ramps, barbecue grills and picnic shelters. Open
from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. No lifeguards on duty.
Englewood
Beach is Charlotte County's gulf beach. Located along North Beach Road near the
Charlotte-Sarasota County line, the beach has light-colored sand and tufts of
sea oats growing along the dune line. Englewood Beach is open from 6 a.m.
until 11 p.m. daily. Facilities include freshwater showers, picnic tables
and sheltered barbecue areas seven days a week. No lifeguards are on
duty.
For
those who want the privacy of a more secluded beach, Stump Pass, a state
recreation area, is located just south of Englewood Beach at the end of Beach
Road.
